was busy, still fast

I went around 12 pm on Saturday for a state inspection and there were naturally lots of cars waiting in line already. As soon as I pulled in I was approached by an employee and asked about the services I needed. I so sorry I don’t remember if his name was Robert or Roberto - he was so friendly and made sure to give me a timeframe and check in with all the waiting cars a couple times to give updates. Another employee checked on everyone once as well. Even though they were clearly short staffed, every car that pulled up was given attention ASAP. Employee who did the actual inspection was polite and quick too, and although I waited in line for over an hour, I am pleased with the care and attention I was given and will be returning in the future!
