Had an issue which I was not knowledgeable in, Josh called me spoke to me on phone and set up a ti w to stop by, when I was there he explained issue to me in a way that I received the education and did not feel like he was speaking down to me and appreciate that the most. I will continue to use this station as they have always had my trust. J
